Hartford Community creates Anti-bullying PSA - Encourages youth to be UPstanders

The Hartford Police Department, Fire Department, Hartford School District and the Junction Center (a local teen organization) used Stand the Anthem in a public service announcement, created to help combat bullying. The video offers tips on what to do if you are being bullied and what to do if you see bullying happening.
